Workshop: Autumn Flower Arranging with WORM

Thursday 20 October 2016, 7:00pm — 9:00pm

We're delighted to be partnering with WORM for a floral evening inspired by Russian art and literature.

At this workshop, you'll learn the art of flower arranging and go home with a gorgeous seasonal arrangment. Along the way, we'll get inspired by paintings and prose by Russian masters and enjoy some Russian bites and drinks.

The workshop will begin with a friendly flower chat over tasty refreshments. You'll learn about curating your very own autumnal arrangement with the information you will need to choose and care for your flowers. After a quick demonstration you'll be guided through making your arrangement.

The workshop includes all materials, including a hand thrown ceramic vessel, your choice of the day's seasonal flowers and foliage, and refreshments, as well as the confidence to continue your floral design practice.

About WORM

Flowers are the best. Books are also the best. Combining a book and bunch and sending it to someone because they are special makes them feel just that.

Hello. We’re Terri and Katie. We recently had mutual, mini (early) mid-life crisis and decided to put our heads together to set up a little company with a purpose of making people happy, combining our two favourite things: flowers and books. And that’s how Worm came to be. We work out of a studio in Stoke Newington and also love designing wonderful flowers for events. We hope you like what we do.
